By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vixi Gifting and its licensors. Vixi Gifting gift designs are the sole property of Vixi Gifting. Gifts may not be resold without written permission from Vixi Gifting. Gift designs may not be altered in any way and still presented as Vixi Gifting via social media, blogging or any other public forum.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vixi Gifting.
Vixi Gifting has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Vixi Gifting shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Certain items we provide within our gifts can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible.
On occasion, our suppliers may update their product packaging and ingredient lists. As a result, actual product packaging may differ from what is displayed on the Vixi Gifting website. It is the responsibility of the client and guests of the client to always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For most current and/or additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer.
Vixi Gifting has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of its products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.
Food Allergy Disclaimer
Vixi Gifting do not create any of the food products sold in our gift designs. Food products provided by Vixi Gifting are produced and packaged by third-party companies, and are generally labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. Any non-labelled food always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. You are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Vixi Gifting will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, including labelled and non-labelled food products.
Warm Weather Shipping
Please note that ordering items subject to melting is at your own risk. Quality upon delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed by Vixi Gifting. Vixi Gifting will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year.
Skin Allergy Disclaimer
Vixi Gifting do not create any of the skin, bath or beauty products sold on this website. Any of these products in our gift designs are produced and packaged by third-party companies, and are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. Any non-labelled products have a risk of possible allergen contamination. It is the responsibility of the customer/recipient to always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. Vixi Gifting will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to skin, bath or beauty products, including labelled and non-labelled products. For most current and/or additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping/delivery information. Accurate and complete information is required to avoid additional fees as well as delays in your order. Be sure to include accurate shipping information including full name, address and eircode/postcode. If possible include recipients telephone number as well as your day-time telephone number. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, we will charge a re-delivery fee. If an item is forwarded by a carrier due to incorrect shipping information, an address correction fee is charged to us and in turn will be charged to you.
We cannot provide a refund on delivery or shipping charges. We are not responsible for packages unclaimed. If packages are returned to us because they were unclaimed, we can arrange to have the gift sent to an alternate address for an additional shipping fee. We do not offer refunds because a package was not claimed by your recipient.
Depending on the situation, packages might be left at the residence without obtaining a signature.
Should a gift be returned to us, Vixi Gifting will let Client know whose gift came back and what the reason was (i.e. not picked up, declined by recipient, invalid address).
Vixi Gifting will contact Client to find out how to handle the returned package. Once an address has been confirmed Vixi Gifting will send Client an invoice for the new delivery and once it is paid, Vixi Gifting will ship the gift to the recipient within 48 hours.
If Client does not pay the invoice to have a returned gift reshipped within 5 business days of invoice being sent by Vixi Gifting, the gift will become the property of Vixi Gifting. Vixi Gifting is fully authorised to recycle, discard, or donate the gift at their sole discretion and any agreement to return or inventory is considered null and void. In this scenario, no refunds will be issued.
If Client does not respond to a request for how Vixi Gifting should handle returned gifts within 10 business days of being notified by Vixi Gifting that the gift has returned back to Vixi Gifting, the gift will become the property of Vixi Gifting. Vixi Gifting is fully authorized to recycle, discard, or donate the gift at their sole discretion and any agreement to return inventory is considered null and void. In this scenario, no refunds will be issued.
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with our shipper. We require an image of the damage to be emailed to us at [email protected] for our review.
Please note that products and packaging may shift during transportation and this is not considered a damage or defect.
Vixi Gifting reserves the right to include a business card and/or insert card inside each gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on social media, industry blogs as well as the Vixi Gifting Blog.
All customisable items (i.e. personalized gift tag or sticker templates, uploaded documents, custom printing) included as part of an order will be printed exactly as they are submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. Vixi Gifting is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies contained in any submissions provided by the customer.
Changes to Pricing & Services
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied with something, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. Please note that products and packaging may shift during transportation and this is not considered a damage or defect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
The Vixi Gifting website and the entire contents contained on the vixigifting.com website, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the sole and exclusive property of Vixi Gifting. All such contents and materials are protected by domestic and international copyright and trademark laws. You hereby agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any portion of the Website or any contents contained on the Website without the prior written consent of Vixi Gifting. The content of the Website and the Website itself are intended solely for the personal and non-commercial use of the users of the site. As such a user, you may download, print and store selected portions of the Content, but only if (1) you use any such copies of the Content only for your own personal and non-commercial use, (2) you do not copy or post the content on any network computer or broadcast the content in any media and/or in any form or format, (3) you do not modify or alter the content in any way, or delete or change any copyright notice, and (4) you properly credit any intellectual property rights to Vixi Gifting. No right, title or interest in any downloaded or copied materials are transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Client Product Inclusion
Items sent to Vixi Gifting by a Client for inclusion in a gifting package are sent at the Clients own discretion. Any errors, damages, or shipping delays are the responsibility of the Client, not Vixi Gifting. Any errors or damages must be corrected by the Client.
