Irish Rye & Linseed Crackers // Sheridans 

Information: Our Rye & Linseed crackers are handmade for us in West Cork. We use Rye Flour, stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills in Co Cork, and unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil with brown linseeds (flaxseeds) baked into the mix.

Ingredients: Stoneground Rye Flour (35%), Water, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Olive Oil, Linseeds (2%), Sea Salt

Made in a bakery which also handles Nuts.

Information: Versatile, delicious and full of tomatoes, Sheridan’s Tomato Relish brings together produce from some old family friends – plum tomatoes from Prunatto organic farm in the Piemonte hills in Italy, cider vinegar from Con Traas in Tipperary, Irish bramley apples and Galway bay Carrageen Moss, eat with everything. Created by Sheridans and made for Sheridans by Janet’s Country Fayre.

Chutney For Cheese // Sheridans

Information:We spent a great deal of time perfecting our Chutney for Cheese which was launched in 2009. It is made with Apples and Plums and we designed it to be softer and more fruit driven in flavour than your average chutney, with a lower vinegar content and just very subtle hints of spice, it also took us some time to get the texture exactly the way we wanted it in order to best go with cheese; all of these aspect combine to make a really versatile cheese accompaniment.

Ingredients: Plums, apples, onions, Demerara sugar, sultanas, wine vinegar, Ginger, garlic, salt.
