Gift Boxes

Do the gifts arrive as shown?

Yes they do, we always try to ensure that what you see is what we send out to you. Gift boxes come beautifully tied with a ribbon and gift tag. Hen Party gift bags will arrive filled with tissue paper and finished with a gift tag.  Gifts will be shipped inside a shipper box to protect them. Very occasionally we might have to substitute an item within a gift box if it is not available. Don’t worry though, any substitute will always be of the same value or higher than the gift you selected and we will always make sure it still complements the rest of your gift. 

Can I customise a gift box?

Sure, we would love to hear your ideas so feel free to get in touch with us. You can then mix & match our products to make your own custom gift.

Will the gift contain any prices or receipts?

As we know the majority of our boxes will be gifts, we never include receipts inside any of our boxes. In terms of prices, we don’t alter any of our products by removing tags or crossing out labels/barcodes – we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact for you. Luckily though, many of our products don’t have price tags in the first place, and when they do, they are small and very subtle.

Do the gift boxes change?

Oh yes, we’re always spicing things up and coming up with new ideas for gift boxes. Lot’s of exciting plans in the pipeline. Stay tuned, folks. 

What are the dimensions of the gift boxes and bags?

White Gift Box with Lift Off Lid // L 270mm x W 270mmm x H 120mm.
Small White Gift Bag // W 230mm x G 90mm x H 220mm.
Large White Gift Bag // W 380mm x  G 90mm x H 235 mm.

Are the gift boxes recyclable?

We try our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible, where possible. Currently our gift boxes, tissue paper,  shredded paper, gift tags and message cards are recyclable. However, this depends on any restrictions from your local authority, which can vary from place to place.

Handwritten Cards

Do the gift boxes come with a handwritten card?

Yes they do. All of our gifts come with the option of a card to accompany it, and we will hand write your own message if you wish. 

How do I add my own message?

It’s all included in the process of choosing a gift box. Simply click on the product you want, choose a card from the dropdown menu, and type in your personalised message.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Debit/Credit Cards and Paypal.

Why can't I add larger quantities of a gift box or bag to my cart?

If you find that you are unable to add large quantities of a gift box to your cart it may be due to a limited amount of stock of a certain product contained in a specific gift box. If this happens, please get in touch and we will be happy to help you out. 

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

At present, we deliver to all 32 counties of Ireland and mainland UK. Stay tuned though as we are working on delivery to more countries.

What is the cost of delivery?

Our DPD Tracked Delivery is charged at a flat rate:
€4.95 per delivery address to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
€12.95 per delivery address to mainland United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Most of our orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within Ireland and 7 working days for the UK. PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE DELAYS WITH DELIVERIES DUE TO COVID19.

I want to send multiple gift boxes to different addresses. How do I do this?

If you are sending more than one gift to the same address, then this can all be processed in the same order. 

However, if you are sending more than one gift to different places, simply place them as individual orders and enter the relevant details at checkout for each one. 

What are your shipping boxes like?

Our outer shipping boxes may change from order to order as we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible and often reuse cardboard boxes.

Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. 

If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied with something, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. Please note that products and packaging may shift during transportation and this is not considered a damage or defect.
